If you have conservative guest I would take them to the Hawaii Kai location because the names of the ice cream pies have very "interesting" names. The blueberry cheesecake icecream with blueberryness all over it aka maybe the bag broke and the chocolate coffee oreo with an oreo crust aka multiple orgasmness. If you like mochi ice cream this is def the place to try different flavors out aka dont get the regular strawberry, chocolate, and vanilla variety.

my favorites: peanut butter, guava, lilikoi, and choco mint.

the specialty ones vary depending on the week or month, so if you see something that is a specialty try it because it might not be there next time you go

I do suggest if you get guava, lilikoi, sakura, and/or lychee try it before the others because they have a lighter taste and if you eat a chocolate or peanut butter the flavor isnt as strong.

another suggestion is to share. whenever I take a group of friends from the mainland I would order a little bit of this and a little bit of that and cut the mochi ice cream in half. sounds crazy but this way you can try everything and not feel guilty about it later also its easier on the wallet lol

If you are coming from Beretania-turn left onto Isenberg St and first right onto Young st…it’s a small blue place on the right side
If you are coming from King-turn left onto Isenberg St and first left onto Young st…and right into the parking lot

They give a lot of food and it is relatively cheap you can check out the website for their full menu. This place has great bento especially for taking to the beach, on the road, or on the plane. Basically its take-out only so don't expect to eat at the place. I think there is maybe one table outside.

I love pretty much everything there, but my favorites are their salads and mochiko chicken.
